Ghostly Editorial Makeup for Haunt Magazine

David Benoliel is a force in the Miami ( New York City and Los Angles) and Paris fashion photography scene . His expert ability to bend light and his eye for detail is unparalleled.

I was lucky enough to work with David on this moody and slightly spooky editorial featuring Polish model Ola Kazmierczak and gowns by Oscar Carvallo Paris styled by AnaD with hair by union artist Anika Seitu.

I switched up the makeup for almost every look and draped her face and features with lace, tulles and other fabrics to deepen the shadow and contours on her very sweet face. I lightened her brows before i started her makeup and then Using mostly earthy beige tones all over the face and contrasting them with metallic Pat Mcgrath pigments and creams gently pressed in with my fingers.. This shoot was a lot of fun and definitely was a fun change from the e-commerce natural and natural glam that I am more known for. Makeup does not always have to be front and center to be interesting and add something special to an image.
