A bit over 2 years ago, I was working an e-commerce job for Legaci resort wear. Before the models showed up I remember the owner bragging to the team about his eye for talent and how the newly signed models he picks for his catalogues often turn into very successful, well-known models. In walks Lou Delaplaine, a stunning, tall senior in highschool and pageant girl with the most contagious good energy. She made those clothes look so good. and the camera loved her from any angle. A natural with the most beautiful smile .

Fast forward to July when Megane asked me if I was available to work with this gorgeous blonde. Turns out, it was Lou!! Turns out Jonathan from Legaci was correct. She is a rising star. Plus, my brain cannot even fathom how she got even more stunning and sweet from that first day I worked with her on that e-comm production. At the end of our shoot, she handed me a handwritten card wishing me a happy 2 year anniversary! I’m not crying… you are crying.

Lou’s dream is to shoot for GUESS? so Megane made sure to get some images worthy of a guess campaign. We decided on a variety of looks from sexy bikinis, casual commercial, and even flirty and playful. You can see the infectious joy that Lou brings to into each and every job. My face was sore afterwards but Megane and I could not help but smile every time that Lou flashed that million dollar celebrity smile.
